KENT Police are appealing for the public's help in tracing a missing teenager from Sheppey.
Officers are growing increasingly concerned about the whereabouts of Shannon Dowsett who was reported missing by her family at 9.55pm yesterday.
The 13-year-old from Queenborough attends the Brompton Academy in Gillingham and was last seen by friends on the High Street at 4pm in the town.

A 22-YEAR-OLD Whitstable man was seriously injured in a collision on the A290, at Pean Hill, yesterday.
He was airlifted to the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel yesterday where he remains in a serious condition after his silver Renault Clio left the road and crashed into a parked car at 11.20am.
No-one else was in the car and the reason it left the road is being investigated.
